504 Squadron - RAF Reserve Forces - Documents required at interview

Educational or specialist skills certificate.
Marriage or Decree Nisi/Absolute certificates.
Discharge certificate (ex Regular or Reservists only).
Original birth certificate.
Doctor's details (Name, Address and Telephone Number).
Details of 2 referees from the following: employer, academic institute, or person (known for minimum of 12 months).
Two recent passport photographs.

In order to establish identity you should also bring with you the following:

British driving licence.
British Passport (other nationalities see below).
Birth certificate, which bears an issue date within a few weeks of birth.
P45.
Chequebook and bankcard accompanied by 3 statements and proof of signature.
Credit card accompanied by 3 statements and proof of signature.
National Health Number.
National Insurance Number.

You will be required to complete a security questionnaire, which requires you to answer various questions including the following about yourself, father, mother, spouse or partner:

Their dates of birth.
Their place of birth.
If deceased, date of death.
Mother's maiden name.
Details of all addresses (with dates) resided in during the last 5 years.

Other Nationalities. Either a full passport issued by the country concerned or a letter/document issued by the Home Office establishing immigration status in the UK.
